1)boil the chicken with water, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste,pepper pwd, and salt until chicken is cooked.
2) strain the cooked water and keep aside.
3)shred the chicken.
4)In a vessel, heat ghee, fry length wise cut onion, green chilly, grated carrot, then shredded chicken for half a minute.
5)pour the cooked chicken water which is strained.
6)when it boils, pour the egg white n mix then put chopped coriander leaves , pour in bowls and serve hot
