FINELY CUTTED ONION  1 Tablespoons
SALT  0 To Taste
CORIANDER POWDER  1/4 Teaspoons
CHILLI POWDER  1/4 Teaspoons
GINGER GARLIC PASTE1  1/4 Teaspoons
CUMIN  1/2 Teaspoons
SUGAR  1/4 Teaspoons
SALT  1/4 Teaspoons
WHEAT FLOUR  1 Cup
EGG  4 Numbers
FINELY CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES  1 Tablespoons
FINELY CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES  1 Numbers
OIL OR GHEE  0 To Fry

Directions
1)mix wheat flour with salt ,little amount of oil and sugar .make a dough with water,knead well and keep aside for 1/2hour, 2)beat the egg with little amount of water or milk ,then mix onion,cumin,coriander leaves,mint leaves,ginger garlic paste,green chilli,little amount of salt and all powders to egg mixture 3)Make a chappathi as thin ,put on the hot tawa turn over,when it bubbles apply ghee or oil,pour little amount of egg mixture and sprea evenly,apply ghee to sides ofchappathi,turn it ,cook till egg mixture cook,serve hot
