Recipe of Egg Masala
1) Boil 2 Eggs,Remove the shell and keep it aside 2) In a pan, add oil, onion and saute till it is tender. 3) Add tomato to it. 4) Add Garam masala,turmeric powder,chilli powder and salt to taste. 5)Make it to a thick gravy. 6) Now cut those boiled eggs into 2 vertical pieces. 7)Add the egg pieces in the gravy and saute for few minutes in low flame till the eggs get mixed with gravy very well.Do not break the egg pieces. 8) Now it is ready to serve with coriander leaves on the top of it. It goes very well with all fried rices,pulaos and biriyani.
