Recipe of Egg rice

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Pulao Rice 500 Grams
Eggs 4 Numbers
Fat 50 Grams
Spring Onion 50 Grams
Peppercorns 10 Grams
Cloves 6 Numbers
Cinnamon 1 Piece
Salt To Taste

Directions

1. Wash and boil the rice, adding cinnamon, cloves salt and peppercorns.

2. keep the rice warm till you prepare the egg.

3. Beat the eggs well chop onion with leaves.

4.Heat fat saute onions. add well beaten eggs, cook for a minute or two

5. add rice and stir well. remove and serve hot.
