wash it and cut the small eggplant in middle. we should not cut in to pieces but cut in middle. Then fry the eggplant in middle. In meantime take the sambar powder, karam podi and chillipowder and salt. mix those together. (if we want we can add peanut powder , lentil powder also). Roll the eggplant in this powder. Decorate with grated carrot.
