heat oil in a pan and add tampering.. when it splutters add green chilli and onlion. fry till onion gets golden brown then add plantain and add salt. after plantain gets cooked, add eggplant and fry till both the eggplant and plantain fully cooked then add tomato. then add turmeric and chilli powder. your tasty curry is ready.. its wonder full with rice and even with rotis..
