Recipe of FISH AND CHUTNEY IN BANANA LEAVES PATRA NI MACHI

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Sugar 1 Pinch
Salt To Taste
Grated Coconut 1 Cup
Mint Leaves 1 Bunch
Coriander Leaves 2 Bunch
Whole Garlic 5 Numbers
Green Chilly 3 Numbers
Cumin Seeds 1 Teaspoons
Fish 500 Grams
Lemon Juice 1 Teaspoons
Banana Leaves 2 Numbers

Directions

1. Cumin seeds, green chilly, whole garlic, coriander leaves, mint leaves, grated coconut, salt, pinch of sugar, lemon juice, all these ingredients blend in a blender, make a paste.
2. Marinate the fish with made masala and put it in the banana leaves and fold it.
3. Place these on the steamer and cook for 12min or till cooked.
