your tips are awesome. We really enjoyed the fish curry today. My wife don't cook fish, neither my family and No one really knew making fish curry. So I'm kind of an adventurous fish curry champ at home in some weekends. I have adventured fish curry a number of times, read a lot of recipe that goes step a to z, add this n that but you make the world of difference- the difference is your awesome tips, inspiring videos you made my cooking series...! Here I am, this is the very first time, my fish curry really tasted like a fish curry, looked beautiful and my house was filled with mesmerizing curry aroma. Thanks for your help, the delicious fish curry earned some special extra kisses from my wife..(more than the usual quota on a burning summer Sunday! Cheers!!
