I have tried many of your recipes and they all taste awesome. I find this fish recipe interesting. But what other varieties of fish can be used instead of the one you have specified in the video?

Thank you for the videos as I have always been scared to cook fish, I am a gujarati so it is not in my blood, however, after watching the steps I am inspired to cook fish. Thank you for the lovely demos. I have watched all of them.

HI CHEF,
Tasty recipe.
I tried your masla fish but i didn't add the poppy seeds as i didn't have them and i wasn't sure that i will like the taste as i have never eaten them in a fish.
As i forgot to by the lemon i added tomatoes instead and as my gindergarlic paste was quite watery, i added it to the cooking onions and tomatoes and heated it up.
I didn't add the curry leaves as well.
I tatsed great overall but the masala was not cooked. I make this in a flat fraying non-stick pan and turned the heat to low. so the masala was only cooked from the center. May i know how can i cook the whole masala next time.
pls reply as i want to try the same recipe in 1-2 days again but it tasted real good.
