Boil the Fish in a Bowl of water with a little salt in it for around 10 mts or until it is cooked. After the fish Cools down a little bit gently make the fish into very small pieces by using your hand itself. In a pan add oil, mustard seeds and then when it splutters add onion, green chillies and curry leaves and fry it until the onion is transulent. Then add the Fish and after 5 mts add chillie powder, turmeric and salt according to taste and kepp frying until it become likes egg burji. Finally garnish them with Corriander leaves. This is a very easy and tasty dish that goes along well with sambar rice, chappati etc.
