|Boiled Carrots (preferably Orange Ones)||4 to 5||Numbers|

heat ghee in a pan. add green chillis and cumin seeds. Smash and add boiled carrots. cover and cook for 2 mns. add milk and let it cook for 10 mns. Let it cool completely. Add roasted ground nut powder, salt and sugar and curds and mix properly just before serving.
If you can manage to get orange carrots, this dish looks awesome.
