Description : This is a very simple north indian dish made with peas and potatoes. Although it sounds so simple it is truly the most amazing dish I have ever come across.

Directions | How to make Ghughri
 
Heat oil in a skillet. Add hing to it. Add the potatoes, garlic and chillies to the oil Fry the potatoes for a few minutes and then add the peas. Cover it for 2 minutes and then cook it uncovered. When the potatoes and peas are cooked, add the chopped coriander and serve it steaming hot.
Recipe Tips Serving Ideas
Cube the potatoes just a little bigger than the peas. Serve with roti, paranthas, dostis, rice or bread.. Just serve plain for breakfast or snack sprinkled with some chaat masala.
