Recipe of Ginger chutney

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Oil 1 Teaspoons
Lime Juice 1 Teaspoons
Salt To Taste
Coriander Powder 1 Bunch
Green Chillies 6 Numbers
Coconut Grated 1 Numbers
Ginger Scraped 2 Numbers
Mustard Seeds 1 Teaspoons
Curry Leaves 1 To Fry


Grind together grated coconut,scraped ginger,green chillies,coriander leaves and salt.

Heat oil in a pan. add mustard seeds. when they splutter add mint leaves. then add the chutney paste, lime juice and stir, remove from fire.

serve with vegtable, mutton chicken biryani or pulav
