Recipe of gravy

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Potatoes 450 Grams
Onions 10 Grams
Ginger 5 Grams
Coconut 115 Grams
Vinger 15 ml
Salt To Taste


1. Peel and cut potatoes and onions into quarter.

2. Peel and slice ginger.

3. Extact coconut milk.

4. In the pan in which chickens was cooked put potatoes, onions and ginger. Add salt and little water and cook till potatoes, onions and tender. Add coconut milk and vinger.

5. Bring the boil and remove.
