Preparations:
1 ). First we need green beans to be finely chopped and boiled for atleast 15 min in medium to high flame so that our beans should be soft to eat .
2 ). Mean while ,Roast sesame seeds and 3 red chillies ,when it turns to fried color take out and make powder which gives u nice smell
Procedure:
3 ).Take a pan Heat it and keep oil in it ,when it gets hot add channa dal,urad dal and fry for a min,then add mustard seeds ,cumin seeds curry leaves ,remaining red chillies stir and fry .(Maintain medium heat)
4 ) Add Boiled Green Beans ,turmeric powder ,salt ,chilli powder and close the lid for 2-3 minutes so that beans get coated with all the things .
5 ).Now add the sesame powder keeping flame to low and mix well until it gets well coated ( takes 1minute) and switch off the Flame It gives you really very good smell which indicates that its ready to eat .
