In a bowl add all the ingredients together and make a dosa batter and keep 10 to 15 minutes. The consistency of the batter is not too thick or not too thin. Heat a dosa tawa and take a small bowl and pour the batter on the pan and slowly spread very thin round shape and pour 1 teaspoon ghee or oil on the top and turn the other side to be cooked. This way you can cook the whole batter. This dosa will eat when it is hot with sambar or onion chutney.
