turmeric powder	tsp	1/2
whole garam masala	to taste	1
Directions \| How to make Grounded Fish Fry

1) if fish is not grounded, boil the fish in water add pinch of turmeric powder.When boiled drain water and smash the fish. 2)Chop the onions.heat oil in pan 3)Add spices.Add onions,green chilli and curry leaves.Fry them till onions become slightly brown. 4)Add turmeric powder. 5)Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 mins. 6)Add grounded fish. 7)Add red chilli powder fish masala powder and crushed pepper. 8) Cook for a while without lid. Serve it with sambar or rasam.
