Recipe of groundnut dry chutney powder

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Dry Redchillies Kashmiri 10 - 15
Jaggery To Taste
Tamrind [ A Lime Sized Ball ]
Curry Leaves 1 Springs
Garlic 1-2 Small
Groundnuts Or Peanuts 250 Grams
Salt To Taste
Hing If Strong See And Add Pinch
Dry Coconut Kopra Grated 1 Cup
Oil To Fry

Directions

clean and roast groundnuts ,garlic , dry redchillies , kopra, curry leaves , and also tamrind so it becomes easy to grind in a blender and fry hing in a little oil and then put in a mixie and store in air tight container this can be kept in a fridge also so it retains its freshness .

roast hing before adding and also the tamrind too and roast all evenly
