1. Clean fish. Wash well . 2. Finely chop onions and garlic. Heat oil and fry. 3. Add chopped tomatoes and fry for another 5-10 minutes. 4. Add shell fish. 5. Close lid and cook for 10 minutes. 6. Add water, turmerics, black pepper, vinger and salt. 7 Cover and cook for a futher 15 minutes.
