Directions

CORN FLOUR MIXED WITH WATER TO MAKE A BATTER OF DROPPING BREAD CRUMBS FOR COATING OIL FOR DEEP FRYING IN A MIXING BOWL COMBINE THE POTATOES, CARROTS GREEN CHILLI, GINGER ONION, CORIADER LEAVES SALT SPICES, LEMONJUICE POMEGRANTE SEEDSAND THE RED FOOD CLOUR. MIX WELL. SHAPE THE MIXTURE INTO CYLINDERICAL SHAPE AND LKEEP ASIDE. HEAT THE OIL FOR FRYING DIP THE CUTLETS IN THE CORN FLOUR BATTER AND ROLL IN THE CRUMBS. GENTLY SHAKE OFF THE EXCESS BREAD CRUMBNS AND DEEP FRY HTE CUTLETS TILL GOLDEN BROWN. DRAIN EXCESS OIL ON ABSORBENT PAPER. SERVE HOT WITH CHUTNEY OR TOMATO KETCHUP.
