Lamb  500 Grams
Lamb fat  150 Grams
Fennel seeds  1 Teaspoons
Cayenne  1 Teaspoons
Sugar  1 Teaspoons
khoya  1/2 Cup
curd  1/2 Cup
milk  1 Cup
Ghee  2 Tablespoons
garam masala  1 Teaspoons
Pepper  1 Teaspoons
Ginger powder  1/2 Teaspoons
Oil  2 Tablespoons
Salt   To Taste

ÔÇó Mix lamb, fat, fennel seeds, ginger and garam masala properly. ÔÇó Chop the mixture properly ÔÇó Add curd and ghee while chopping ÔÇó Once it turns smooth, make balls from this mixture. ÔÇó Heat the oil and put garam masala, sugar, khoya, curd and milk. ÔÇó Add mutton balls and cook it till it turns tender. ÔÇó Gustaba is ready.
