Recipe of halwa poori
First we have to prepare halwa.take a pan add little ghee to fre soji.take boul add 1 cup of water.when the water is boiling add soji.while adding soji stir well.allow the soji to cook like we make upma.once the soji was cook pour the sugar.if you need too sweet you can have little more sugar. Second we have to prepare the poori mix.take meida and rice flour and mix with water.after add little ghee to it. Third we have to prepare the halwa poori.take one round ball from poori and press the ball using hand on a smooth surface.make one round ball from halwa and keep that ball on poori.now round up the halwa with poori.now prees the halwa poori ball with hand gently. put a boul with oil on stove as for poori.heat the oil on mediam flame .now dip the poori in oil.it will be very tasty.
