Recipe of Hara Bhara Kabab

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Potatoes 3 Numbers
Spinach Leaves 100 Grams
Green Peas 3 Cup
Ginger 1 Piece
Cornstarch 2 Tablespoons
Green Chillies 2 Numbers


Boil potatoes, cool, peel and grate. Wash n boil gren peas, cool n mash. Chop green corriander leaves and ginger. Next wash spinach and blanch(immerse briefly in b oiling water) squeeze excess water and chop it. Then mix together grated potatoes, mashed peas and chopped spinach, add to it chopped ginger, chopped green chillies, chopped corriander leaves, saly to taste, chaat masala and cornstarch. mix them properly and divide them 25 eual parts and shape each in a ball and press it in between your to give it flat tikki shape. Then deep fry them in medium heat . drain out in absorbent paper and serve hot with green chutney
