Wash and clean the above ingredients. Put them all into a juicer to extract juice. Serve it cold or just at room temperature. This is a very easy way of getting fruits n veges into children. The bright red colour from the beetroot is very inviting. As a variation, you can also add grapes, pineapples or celery , mint. Fill up a tall jug with this juice n serve it to the entire family.
