Ingredients used in Healthy Mixed Fruit Chat - Be Fit Be Cool AAPI
• Water melon (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Papaya (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Apple (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Grapes - 1/2 cup.
• Pomegranate (seeds) - 1/2 cup.
• Mint leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Chat masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Fennel seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Pineapple (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • In a bowl add water melon Chopped, papaya pieces, apple pieces, pine apple slices, grapes, pomegranate seeds, finely chopped mint leaves, chat masala, lime juice.
  • Heat the pan add cumin seeds, fennel seeds and slightly roast them, then crush them in a motor pestle and put on the top of fruit chat mix well and serve.
