Add little water and baking soda to the batter. Batter consistence should be little more watery than dosa batter (the closest I can think is paint). Pore the batter into waffle maker. The trick is when to open the waffle maker. Do not follow the waffle maker's indicators. Wait for the steam to stop (around 3 to 4 minutes). Enjoy with Podi, pickle, chutney, etc.
