Chicken 2 Peppers is commonly known as Murg Do Mirch which is a dry fry preparation adding two variety of spices to offer their heat into the dish. The mix of green chilies and black pepper powder are the two main ingredients that lends this heat into the chicken, coated well with other flavouring ingredients like ginger garlic paste and fresh coriander leaves. Pinch of sugar added into this dish caramelizes the chicken pieces on frying them leaving a pleasant aroma and zest to the dish.

Murg Do Mirch is a hot and spicy meat preparation but can be adjusted according to your taste. Serve this with either rice or chapatti. Often when we think of making a meat preparation, first thing comes in mind is the huge list of ingredients that we need to add into it. This dish is one simple and fast to cook dish with very less and simple spices yet the dish is extremely zesty and appetizing to eat. Chicken is one of the most sought after meat that most kids also love eating, especially fried chicken, chicken nuggets, chicken 65, chicken Manchurian and a lot more.

This Chicken 2 peppers is also a excellent fried dish that leaves the chicken crispy, moist and juicy inside.  Fried chicken dishes can be served or eaten anytime in between meals. They are best as starters or appetizers. Most of the kids love to fill their tummy with a couple of crispy fried leg pieces. It is best making these dishes at home and making it fresh, as often the fried chicken bought from the food outlets or a take away restaurant is a little heavy and too greasy. They also are heavily coated with flour and less meat.

When it’s homemade, you could also take the liberty of adjusting the spices, use good tender pieces of meat and keep it healthy and all this is surely worth the indulgence to delight your taste buds. Most of these Chicken fried recipes are easy to prepare and tempts each and every one as the fragrance and aroma lingering around the kitchen while preparing craves for more. The fried chicken is an excellent combination of crunchy exterior and juicy meat inside. I am sure you’ll also give this recipe a try or else you are really missing the chance of delighting your family and friends with good and delicious food.

Chef, shouldn't there be a moist/saucy quality to this masala so it adheres better to chicken pieces?
