Dryfruits delight is made with coconut flakes and seviyan cooked in sweet condensed milk and garnished with a variety of chopped and fried dry fruits. Coconut flakes are highly beneficial to health and enhances the taste of the dish giving it a nutty and sweet flavor. Coconut in any form like coconut juice, milk, cream and the shavings of the coconut flesh are used in various forms in Indian cooking. For preparing this exotic Rava delight, firstly take a pan and add some ghee in it. Add seviyan (Indian thin noodles) and stir in hot ghee until golden brown. Add coconut powder to it and toss well. Then add the chopped dry fruits and heat it for sometime. Do all this over low flame. Switch off the flame and add sweet condensed milk and mix well. Grease a tray and spread this mixture in the tray and cut it into diamond shape and allow it to cool. Serve this with tea or any festival time.
