To prepare this delectable pepper chicken, take 1 whole chicken wash and cut them into medium sizes of pieces. Take few whole red chillies and crush to coarse size. Take a spoon of black pepper corns and crush them. Take 2 medium sized tomatoes and cut them into small pieces and keep aside. Take 2 medium sized onions and chop them into fine pieces.
Heat a non stick pan and add 2 tbsp oil and when its hot add the crushed red chilly powder and sauté and then add crushed black pepper powder and then add the finely chopped onions and add a pinch of salt. Once the onions turn into golden brown add tomatoes and stir till the tomatoes and onion becomes like a paste. Then add chicken and salt to taste, add soya sauce and cover lid and simmer the heat to low flame. In 10 minutes the pepper chicken is ready. Check that all the added and cook till all the water is dried off. If water still persists take out the lid and dry fry the pepper chicken. The dish is ready to be served. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
