Directions | How to make Vahrehvah Aloo Bonda
 

heat oil in pan , make sure use very little oil  add cumin ,mustard ,turmeric all spices and onion

mix it with mashed potato and season well

make batter with gramflour as shown , or check out the video of pakodas for detail procedure for batter

dipp the dumpling of potatoes in the batter and fry in medium heat till golden brown and serve hotwith your fav chutney
