This is Indo Chinese chicken fried rice. Very easy to make and taste's awesome.
Recipe of Indo Chinese Chichen Fried Rice
|Onion Leaves, Slit Green Chillies||some||To Taste|
|Chilly Garlic Paste, Green Chilly Sauce, Ginger Garlic Paste, Vinegar, Soy Souce||1||Tablespoons|
|Mixed Vegetables (peas, Carrots, Etc.)||some||To Taste|
- Soak Rice for 30 minutes before preparation. - Get some water to boil, add 1 tablespoon of oil, add rice and boil. Once completely cooked, dry the rice in a separate bowl - Cut chicken into small pieces, boil it at a medium high flame for 10-12 minutes - Drain the water, mix some Ginger garlic paste with it and keep it aside - Take a separate pan, add oil and fry the chicken pieces and vegetables for 3-5 minutes at a medium high flame - Later, add eggs and let it cook completely - Add Chilly Garlic paste and mix well - Add rice and mix - put Green chilly sauce, little soy sauce, vinegar, salt to taste and mix - Fry the complete mixture for 5 minutes, add onion leaves, add slit green chillies to decorate -Serve it with onions and lemon.
