Recipe of Kachi keri ki chutney

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
jaggery  100 Grams
salt  1 Teaspoons
Black pepper powder  1 Tablespoons
Garlic  5 Clove
Mango  5 Piece
vinegar  12 Cup

Directions
Peel off amp; cut the mangoes into small pcs. Boil the mangoes amp; drain the excess water.In a pan put vinegar amp; jaggery amp; cook till jaggery dissolves. Add crushed garlic,black pepper amp; salt.Cook for 5-7 mins. Allow to cool at room temperature amp; then refrigerate it for overnight.Ready to use amp; could be stored for 1-2 months in refrigerater.
