Recipe of Kachi keri ki chutney

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Jaggery 100 Grams
Salt 1 Teaspoons
Black Pepper Powder 1 Tablespoons
Garlic 5 Clove
Mango 5 Piece
Vinegar 12 Cup


Peel off & cut the mangoes into small pcs. Boil the mangoes & drain the excess water.In a pan put vinegar & jaggery & cook till jaggery dissolves. Add crushed garlic,black pepper & salt.Cook for 5-7 mins. Allow to cool at room temperature & then refrigerate it for overnight.Ready to use & could be stored for 1-2 months in refrigerater.

Recipe Tips

If you like you can add a pinch of red chilli powder.
