Directions | How to make Kai Pola
cut the banana in to four parts longitudinally and then in to small pieces.fry this in ghee and keep aside.in the same ghee fry kismis and cashews and keep it aside.lastly fry the grated coconut in this ghee and keep it aside.beat the eggs and to this add powdered sugar and cardomom powder and beat again.mix the fried coconut in to this mixture.take a non stick container.put on stove top.add some ghee just to coat the container.when hot add the mixture.put on medium flame.after two minutes add bfried banana,cashew and kiismmis.close with a lid .let it simmer for 10 -15 minutes and kai pola is done.

When my husband was doing his fourth year mbbs,he ate this dish when a friend brought this for them to the hostel after eid.Two days back he remembered this.He called up his friend and asked the recipe and i made it for him the very same day as it is very easy to prepare and is made with home available things. I am a new comer to cooking and i am pleasing him with recipes i get from vahchef and when i got one from other source i am posting this for u.thanks to u as all my trials were great succes.....
