Recipe of KAJU PURI

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Cashew- Nut, 125 Grams
Icing Sugar Or Powder Sugar 70 Grams
Cardamom Powder, 8-10 Numbers
Saffron 1/4 Teaspoons
Almond Extract, 1/2 Teaspoons
Milk 2 Teaspoons

Directions

Ground cashew- nut. Shift them. Dissolve saffron in milk. Mix cashew- nut powder, sugar, and extract and cardamom powder. Mix saffron milk. Knead them to form a puri- like consistency. Take two plastic, in between them put a piece and roll out a roti, less than 1/4 inch in thickness. Cut with biscuit cutter. Make all kaju puri in the same way. Grease and dust an oven tray. Arrange all the puri and baked for 15 minutes at 375 f. Leave for 5 minutes and remove them with palette knife. Cool and then cover in the butter paper and keep in a container. Note: in the same way almond puri can be prepared.
