Ingredients used in kali mirch gosht
• Kababchini(it looks like clove but diffrent flaver and taste - 2 tablespoons.
• Black pepper powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - as per taste .
• Turmeric - 1 teaspoons.
• Lamb or beef - 500 grams.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Oil - 1/2 cup.
• Green chilli - 4 numbers.
• Mint(chopped) - 1 cup.
• Lemon squeez - 1/3 cup.
Method:
heat oil in a pan.add onion and fry till slighty brown.then add gingergalic paste ,sort.add lamb or beef ,turmeric,salt,garam masala,black pepper and kababchini.if needed add water and cook till meat is tender and oil looses out.mix well and roast.then add slit green chilli,mint and lemon.cover and cook for 5 mnt and your black pepper lamb is ready.
