Directions \| How to make Karela(Bitter Melon) Mango Curry

In a pan take coriander seeds,bengal gram,black gram,mustard,cumin seeds,red chilles and fry them for 5 minutes. Then take the mixture and grind it . Take a mango and grate it then mix the powder and grated mango,add oil,add small amount of sugar and salt (as needed) and mix it well. Stuff the paste into bitter melon and fry it .
