1.clean the chicken and drain well. 2.saut coconut oil in a kadai.add small onins cut in 2 slices.ginger garlic paste curry leafs and saute well. 3.add chicken in to it .let the chicken half cook. 4.now add peper pwdr and turmeric pwdr a little chiili pwdr.saute well.let it cook wel.then add tomatos on top.add salt to taste 5.let the gravy be thick. 6.the add lots of curry leafs and corriander leafs 7.serve with hot poratas or puries
