Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Turmeric Powder 1 and half Tablespoons
Pepper Powder 4 Tablespoons
Green Chillies 3/4 Numbers
Curry Leaves,coriander Leafs
Gingergarlic Paste 2 Teaspoons
Small Onions 20 Numbers
1 Chicken 1500 Grams
Chilli Powder If Nessasary
Coconut Oil.
Tomatoes 2


1.clean the chicken and drain well. 2.saut coconut oil in a kadai.add small onins cut in 2 slices.ginger garlic paste curry leafs and saute well. 3.add chicken in to it .let the chicken half cook. add peper pwdr and turmeric pwdr a little chiili pwdr.saute well.let it cook wel.then add tomatos on top.add salt to taste 5.let the gravy be thick. 6.the add lots of curry leafs and corriander leafs 7.serve with hot poratas or puries


itz and easy and simple dish.but very tasty.
