I am regularly using this water, i prepare by adding little pathimukam and 2-3 elaichi in boiling water. Drink it .vah.

Take little tur dal ,wash it, take 2-3 mirchi,little pepper seed,jeera,Dhania small qty.tamarind, salt,and grind it to a paste,adding water, then heat a kadai, put gheee, tamper rai,put jeera and kadi patha,pour the paste.add sufficient water, when boil add tomato pieces and dhania leaf. Rasam is ready..
