Description: This dish is normally eaten in breakfast, its simple to cook and delicious in taste.

Recipe of khagina (egg curry)

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Chopped Coriander Leaves 1/3 Cup
Garlic Paste 1 Teaspoons
Ginger Paste 1 Teaspoons
Eggs 4 Large
Oil 4 Tablespoons
Salt To Taste To Taste
Tumeric Powder 1/4 Teaspoons
Red Chilli Powder 1 Teaspoons
Medium Size Onion 5 Slice
Green Chillies 4 Numbers


Heat oil, add the sliced onions and cook it till soft and transclulent, add the ginger and garlic paste and saute for a 1-2 minute. Put in the spices and mix well, add 3 cups of water and bring it to boil and then put in the eggs one by one and make sure to put the eggs seperately and not on top of one another. Cover it for 5 minutes and then cook till the water is absorbed. Add coriander leaves and green chilli and cook till the oil seperates. Serve hot, it will go well with Paratha or Roti.
