Recipe of Kheema Mutti Indian Meat Patties

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
CORIANDER LEAVES Bunch
Salt To Taste
Pepper Powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Turermic Powder 1 Pinch
Giner Garlic Paste 1 Teaspoons
Coconut Powder Freshly Made 1 1/2 Tablespoons
RED CHILLI POWDER 1 Tablespoons
Coriander Powder 1 Tablespoons
OIL FR FRYING 3 Cup
Kheema (Minced Mutton) 2 Lbs
Egg 1 Big

Directions

1. Wash Kheema in a bowl
2. Add Red chilli powder,coconut powder,coriander powder,ginger garlic paste,turermic powder,garam masala powder,salt mix all this finely.
3. Lastly add coriander leaves chopped and egg to bind the mutti.
4. Take a frying  pan add oil into, take khemma mixture into your hand make into small dumplings and fry in slow flame till golden brown colour.

These muttis can be made in a healthier version by not frying them in oil. Just dont add egg and cook the mutties in a wide bottomed pan on low flame with just about 1-2 tsp oil. It make take bit more time and only requires u to check once in a while.
