Directions | How to make Kotamalli Dry Chutney
 
Heat the pan put oil & when oil become ot put jeera & wen it breaks put urid dal, (vada) parippu, rice when it become fry put curry leaves & kotamalli add some salt to taste just mix it well & wen te kotamalli becomes just soft take off from the gas..when it become cool grind in mixy by adding tamarind & grind te mix witout adding water.
