Yam 100 Grams
Potatoes 2 Numbers
French Beans 50 Grams
Green Beans 200 Grams
Capsicums 2 Numbers
Onions (medium) 2 Numbers
Cumin Powder 1 Teaspoons
Coriander Powder 1 Teaspoons
Ginger 1 Numbers
Garlic Flakes 2 Numbers
Tomatoes (chopped) 2 Numbers
Vinegar 1 Tablespoons
Worcestershire Sauce 1 Tablespoons
Green Chillies 4 Numbers
Fresh Coriander Leaves To Taste
Salt To Taste


• Grind ginger and garlic to a make a paste. • Cut potatoes, yam, french beans and green peas into cubes. • Heat the oil. • Fry all the vegetables. • Keep it aside. • Now fry onions till they turn tender. • Add cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste. • Fry it for few minutes. • Mix chopped tomatoes and fried vegetables. • Add salt and stir it well. • Cook till the mixture turns dry. • Add sugar and sauce to the mixture. • Adorn with coriander leaves.
