Recipe of Lamb Cutlets

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
2 Slice Of Bread (soaked And Squeezed) 2 Numbers
Lemon Juice 1 Tablespoons
1 Egg(optional) 1 Numbers
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tablespoons
Garam Masala Powder 1 Teaspoons
Green Chillies Cut Fine 1 Numbers
Onion - Cut Very Fine 1 Numbers
Mince Meat 500 Grams
Bread Crumbs 2 Tablespoons
Fresh Corriender And Mint Chopped 1/2 Cup


Add all above ingredients to the meat mince.... except the bread crumbs - do not over mix... add just enough bread crumbs to be able to make small flat balls. Shallow fry in a fry pan just 15 mins before you need to serve....Cook on mediam flame, takes about 6 mins on each side... Enjoy!

This is a good make ahead dish - just fry them before your guest arrive..
