Tomato 1 Numbers
Onion 1 Numbers
Coriander Leaves 1/2 Bunch
Gr Chilli 2 Numbers
Chilli Pdr 1/2 Teaspoons
Coconut Milk 1/2 Cup
Garam Masala Pdr 1/2 Teaspoons
Lamb Shank Cut 2 Numbers
Corinader Pdr 1 Tablespoons

Directions

add al ingredients xcept tomato puree  in pressure cooker and cook till 3  remove meat ad tomato puree amd cook when cooked add lamb and simmer ,if needed add water season and serve hot

Thanks, seeing this video i dared to buy lamb shanks from the supermarket . i was always reluctant to buy it seeing the size of the shanks.But after seeing your video I was tempted to try it and I did.The taste was good except the thing that I felt that the gravy had a little raw taste, which I think was because of just adding the ingredients into the pressure cooker without sauting them in oil.But otherwise it had a great taste.Kudos to your good work, it really inspires evryone to cook.
