Recipe of LAMB WITH INDIAN CORN

Mace (javitri) Powder 1 Pinch
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tablespoons
Onions 1 Numbers
Crushed Coriander 1 Teaspoons
Salt To Taste
Shahi Jeera 1 Teaspoons
Cloves 3 Numbers
Cinnamon 2 Stricks
Cardamom 2 Numbers
Bay Leaves 2 Numbers
Ghee 2 Tablespoons
Crushed Corn 1 Cup
Meat 1000 Grams
Turmeric 1/4 Teaspoons
Red Chilly Paste 2 Tablespoons
Coriander Powder 1 Tablespoons
Curd 1 Cup

Directions

1. Heat ghee in a pan and add shahi jeera, bay leaves, whole garam masala, crushed coriander, onions, cook onions are golden in colour,
2.  add salt, mace, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, red chilly paste, switch off the flame, add mutton, garam masala and beaten curd, corn, and mix it well, rest for 2 hours. After 2 hours cook meat nice and tender, when mutton is cooked add nut Meg powder, coriander leaves.
3.  Serve this hot with rice, chapattis, and naan.
