Recipe of lobster curry (b)

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Lobster 4 Numbers
Oil 30 ml
Onions 115 Grams
Coriander 5 Grams
Cumin 1/2 Teaspoons
Turmeric 1/4 Teaspoons
Cloves 4 Numbers
Chilli Powder 1 Teaspoons
Ginger 1 Piece
Tomatoes 225 Grams
Tamarind 5 Grams
Salt To Taste

Directions

1. Boil live lobsters. Remove meat.

2. Chop onions.

3. Roasted spices and grind with ginger.

4. Soak tamarind and extract juice.

5. Heat oil. Fry chopped onions. Add ground spices.

6. Add lobster. Fry for a little longer. Add enough water to make the gravy and add salt.

7. Add blanched, chopped tomatoes and let it cook.

8. When  about to remove add tamarind juice. Test for seasoning and remove.
