Fish Fillets 1500 Grams
Red Chilli Powder 2 Teaspoons
Green Chilli Paste 2 Teaspoons
Garlic Paste 2 Teaspoons
Ginger Paste 2 Teaspoons
Mint Paste 3 Tablespoons
Coriander Powder 3 Teaspoons
Turmeric Powder 1 Teaspoons
Ghee / Vegetable Oil 150 Grams
Onions, Chopped 240 Grams


1. Heat the ghee / oil in a large frying pan; add onions and saute until light brown in colour.

2. Add the marinated fish fillets. Reduce heat and add 1/2 a cup of warm water and salt. Cook, stirring carefully, taking care that the fish pieces do not break. Cook until the fish is tender and the gravy is thick.
