Recipe of makki ki roti
|Melted Butter Ghee||30||Grams|
1. Sieve the flour. add salt. 2. prepare a stiff dough by gradually adding the water.
3. mix and knead and use at once. separate enough dough to make one roti. Shape the roti on your hand.
4. place on well greased griddle kept over fire. continue flattening by prassing all round with the plaqm of the hand taking care not to break it. cook on b0th sides over a slow fire. smear ghee and serve. repeat for other rotis.
