1. Heat oil and saute the mixture of garlic, ginger, green chillies and celery for a minute.Add the cubed vegetabels and saute for 2 minutes.
2. Add soya sause, hot vegetabels stock, aji no moto and salt and pepper to taste. Bring the soup to a boil. Add the prepared corn flour to thicken the soup. stir well and bring to a boil. serve hot. Chilli vinger or sweet and sour green sauce can be added to the souo to make it more spicy.
